Tini Riese-Stott was born in Vienna, Austria, and grew up 3 miles up the hill from where Hans Asperger worked. She is known to joke about her water-bombing, feral childhood and Mr Asperger quite possibly having been one of her many, innocent victims.  She has been working with adults on the autism spectrum for over 14 years.

Tini first entered the world of autism spectrum conditions via The National Autistic Society in the guise of Assistant Psychologist and later manager of Day Services. After a period of creating services for those ineligible for funding, she now works for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's Autism Spectrum Conditions Service, which is an assessment services for adults.

Tini holds postgraduate qualifications in Autism Spectrum Conditions and is co-author of the successful "Exploring Bullying with Adults with Asperger's and Autism" book. Her particular areas of interest are ASC and (gender) identity, sexuality and post-diagnostic psycho-educational support.

In her spare-time she likes to ride her motorbike and spoil her cat and dog rotten.
