The Low Intensity Management for Autism (LIMA) project is now run by Aldingbourne Trust. For information about how to refer please contact 01243 544607

It provides support for adults (18+) in West Sussex with an Autism Spectrum Condition.

We offer support via workshops and groups. We also provide face to face, telephone, email, instant messaging and Skype (or other electronic means) individual sessions. Appointments last for 45 minutes and are usually once a month. Our face to face venues are based in Horsham and Worthing.

We pride ourselves on our experience, professional expertise and our open friendly approach. All our staff have more than 10 years of supporting people on the Autism Spectrum, but we know who the real experts are.

Our sessions are aimed at working with you to understand your Autism Spectrum Condition, and discover strategies to achieve your goals in life.

We do not seek to compete with or take the place of statutory (e.g. NHS) or other voluntary services and we will help you understand what you may be entitled to and how to access other services as well as our own. We have some strong links with the public sector.

To access the service you must be over 18, have an Autism Spectrum Condition and live in West Sussex.

Session Fees:
LIMA is currently supported by funding from West Sussex County Council and consequently we are able to offer a low cost sliding scale of payment for sessions. There is no charge for all initial sessions and if you wish to receive support after this appointment we will chat with you about payment for future sessions. Please see the referral form for further information about the session costs.
